Let's start with the last point... NO.
There's no catch with this.
You aren't be secretly enrolled in some continuity program you are unaware of.
Here's the truth of the matter...
There is a TON of exercise information flooding the market today.
Almost all of it leaves people worse than when they found it.
In fact, there are more doctor's visits every single day due to injuries and issues created from mainstream fitness workouts than there are diagnosed cases of heart attacks, cancer, and diabetes... combined!
That is insane!
The mainstream fitness industry is doing such a disservice to so many people.
Perhaps that why fewer than one in four Americans meets the minimum daily recommended activity level.
At the end of the day, people are leaving the mainstream fitness industry worse than when they entered never to return, or even exercise at all, again.
And as many options as there are for exercising wherever and whenever, NOBODY is discussing how to exercise consistently.
That's where I step in.
That's the role that I fill.
I help people exercise consistently in a sustainable manner for their body and schedule.
